All goods and services supplied by Virgo Interiors Limited are subject to the following terms and conditions:
Guarantee Period: All items supplied and installed by Virgo Interiors Limited are covered by a 6-month guarantee from the date of installation.
This guarantee covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and conditions.
Exclusions: This guarantee does not cover damage caused by:
-Deliberate or malicious force
-Misuse, improper handling, or lack of reasonable care
-Modifications or repairs carried out by third parties
-Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
-Environmental factors such as excessive moisture, heat, or infestation
Limitation of Liability: Virgo Interiors Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages, including but not limited to loss of business, income, or reputation, arising out of the supply or use of our products or services.
Title and Risk: Title to all goods remains with Virgo Interiors Limited until full payment has been received. Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery and installation.
Inspection and Claims: The customer is responsible for inspecting all items upon delivery and installation. Any claims for shortages, defects, or damages must be reported in writing within 7 days of installation.
Use of Premises: Where Virgo Interiors Limited installs interior installations within a client's premises, it is assumed that the client has obtained all necessary consents, access, and approvals for the works.Virgo Interiors Limited accepts no liability for issues arising from unauthorised or restricted installations.
Force Majeure: Virgo Interiors Limited shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure to perform any part of the contract due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, labour disputes, or supply chain disruptions.
Acceptance of Terms: By making payment of an invoice, the client confirms acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined above.
